Footwear and Workmanship Warranty
All Rhino footwear is guaranteed by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. In the event you experience a problem, please contact us for further information. In most cases, we require the customer to send all boot & shoe returns to our main distribution facility for an evaluation by their Quality Assurance personnel. We will repair, replace or make an adjustment according to the decision made regarding the defect. Of course, normal wear and tear are excluded. Any abusive use, product modification, or tampering nullifies all warranties.
